...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
NOON PST FRIDAY ABOVE 3500 FEET...
* WHAT...Snow expected above 3500 feet. Total snow accumulations
of generally 6 to 12 inches, with locally higher amount near 15
inches possible. The highest accumulations are expected at
Paradise on Mount Rainier.
* WHERE...Cascade mountains and valleys of Whatcom and Skagit
Counties, including the Mount Baker Ski Area, the Cascade
mountains of Snohomish and King Counties, including Stevens
Pass, and the Cascade mountains of Pierce and Lewis Counties,
including the Crystal Mountain Ski Area and Paradise on Mount
Rainier.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to noon PST Friday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult due to snow
covered roadways.
