Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western Washington
National Weather Service Seattle WA
303 PM PDT Wed Jun 28 2017

Current warnings/watches...none.

.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft and weaker onshore flow will
result in slightly less moisture and warmer temperatures Thursday and
Friday. A weak trough will induce stronger onshore flow Friday night
and Saturday with breezy winds along the mountain ridges and in Zone
662. Another slow moving trough will brush the area late Sunday
through Tuesday before another ridge builds. Cool and moist marine
air will persist over the fire district with breezy winds along the
Cascade ridges and zone 662.

Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
