Current warnings/watches...none.

.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft will linger over the region
through today maintaining dry and warm conditions. Areas of low
clouds will affect most zones late tonight into Wednesday morning.
An upper trough will bring clouds, a chance of showers, and cooler
temperatures later Wednesday through Thursday. Dry and warmer weather
will return to the area Friday and continue through next weekend.
Winds will be light with excellent relative humidity recoveries
overnight.


 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
